As our name may reflect, we see ourselves as enablers for companies, which want to start up with AI (and with machine learning). What are we searching for
Lead Data Scientist
The lead data scientist will play a central role in understanding the business needs of our customers, translating them into data flows and machine learning models, leading a team of highly talented data scientists in the way of designing and implementing our solutions as working software, in production.

Well educated and well experienced data scientist, who played a major role in significant number of machine learning project, preferably leadership role, at least in some of them.

Needless to say that the successful candidate must deeply understand statistics, algorithms, machine & deep learning, and have very strong hands on capability. Since we are working in a field that constantly develops, we expect the successful candidate to be curious and well updated regarding trends and new developments in the field.

Extraordinarily strong business orientation is required in order to discuss and deeply understand the business processes and business problems of our customers.

Hands on capabilities in handling complex data (different environments, different data structures).

A unique combination of ability to work independently (we are a small company, and our data scientists often need to make complex decisions - we also provide any needed support, but one holds the responsibility to consume it). With high communication and inter-relation skills. Our data scientists work face to face (and often closely) with our customers, so communication and customer facing is highly important.
